Frequently asked questions

What are your turnaround times?: Most orders are completed within 24-48 hours. Sometimes projects may take longer depending on the complex nature of the design or procedures. We also offer Rush options at an additional fee.
What are your prices?: Pricing varies on the complexity of the design and the procedure you require. We have some information available on our Pricing page, however it would be best to submit a quote where we can discus your project and gain full understanding of what you need.
What color modes should we use?: The simple answer is CMYK for print and RGB for Web/Digital. However we utilize a variety of color systems. Pantone Colors are widely used in the print industry. We also work with custom swatches for various ink colors, vinyl films, and can assist with creating templates and swatch libraries for your desired procedures.
Can you tell me more about your quality?: We comb through every project with at least 2 team members so every project has extra attention. We also clean up messy paths, check for spelling mistakes, and run every project through a check list of inspections. Our Quality Control procedures have statistically reduced the need for revisions.
My software or desired formats are not listed on your site, will you still work with me?: Of course! We've only covered the most common formats and programs on our site and are willing to work with you and the software you use.
I need a revision, how do I go about that?: The best thing to do is to get in touch with us and explain what you need revised. In many cases we can turnaround revisions within 3-4 hours, but depending on the changes we may need more time, especially when new artwork needs to be converted.
